Ingredients
100% Organic Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) Mushroom Extract from fruiting bodies.
Directions
Add approximately ½ teaspoon (1g) to smoothies, hot drinks, porridge or cereals, sprinkle over food, or simply add to hot water.
