A smooth Japanese green tea with a fresh flavour, gentle vegetal character and satisfying depth.
Grown in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, the distinctive flat green leaves are traditionally steamed, dried and polished. Once infused, they produce a pale yellow-green cup with a clean green-tea aroma and a balanced, refreshing finish.
An excellent introduction to Japanese green tea and an easy choice for a lighter morning or afternoon cup.

Ingredients
Premium Japanese Sencha green tea (Camellia sinensis).
How to Brew
Use one teaspoon, approximately 2.6g, per 250ml cup.
Boil freshly filtered water, then allow it to cool to approximately 80°C. Pour over the leaves and infuse for 2–4 minutes; around three minutes gives a smooth, refreshing flavour.
Strain and enjoy without milk. Add sugar, honey or lemon according to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.
