Ingredients
Steamed green tea and jasmine flowers.
Botanical names: Camellia sinensis and Jasminum sambac.
How to Brew
Use one teaspoon, approximately 2.6g, per 250ml cup.
Bring freshly filtered water to the boil and allow it to cool to approximately 80°C. Pour over the leaves and infuse for 2–4 minutes; around three minutes produces a balanced flavour.
Strain and enjoy without milk. Add honey, sugar or lemon according to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.
