How to Brew
Use approximately one teaspoon of nettle leaves per cup.
Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C over the leaves and allow to infuse for 6–8 minutes. Strain and enjoy without milk. Adjust the amount of leaves or infusion time to suit your preferred strength.
