A rich organic cacao and mushroom extract blend combining organic cacao powder with carefully selected mushroom extracts, ideal for preparing a warming cacao drink or adding to smoothies.
The blend contains extracts from Wild Chaga, Shiitake and Auricularia (Wood Ear) mushrooms. Shiitake and Auricularia extracts are made from mushroom fruiting bodies, while the Chaga extract is derived from Chaga sclerotium.
The mushroom extracts are standardised to 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides and are produced using temperature-controlled extraction. KIKI states that its mushroom extract powders have an extraction ratio of approximately 10:1–12:1. The blend contains no mushroom mycelium, grains or starch.

The mushroom extracts are derived from organic mushroom fruiting bodies and Chaga sclerotium.
Directions
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) to hot water, your favourite warmed milk or a smoothie.
