How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Begin with a small amount and add more if required.

For massage or body blends:
Always dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Never apply essential oils undiluted.

For the bath:
Essential oils do not dissolve in water. Blend the oil into a suitable bath dispersing base before adding it to bathwater. Do not add undiluted drops directly to the bath.
