How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Begin with a small amount and adjust according to the size of the room and your scent preference.

For massage or body blends:
Dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Never apply essential oils undiluted.

For a personalised aroma:
Blend with essential oils such as Bergamot, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Cedarwood or Patchouli to create your own layered diffuser combination.

For the bath:
Essential oils do not disperse safely in water by themselves. Blend into a suitable bath-dispersing base before adding to bathwater. Do not add undiluted drops directly to the bath.
