How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Begin with a small amount and adjust according to the size of the room and your preferred scent strength.

For massage or body blends:
Dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. A general dilution of 1–2% is suitable for most adult body applications.

For facial blends:
Use a lower dilution of approximately 0.5–1% and perform a patch test before wider application.

For the bath:
Essential oils do not disperse safely in water by themselves. Mix with a suitable bath-dispersing base before adding to bathwater. Do not add undiluted drops directly to the bath.

For a personalised aroma:
Blend with Bergamot, Frankincense, Sweet Orange, Cedarwood or Geranium essential oils.
