Naturally caffeine-free, it is an easy choice for any time of day and can also be blended with black tea to add a fresh lemon note.

Ingredients
100% lemon verbena leaves.
Botanical name: Aloysia citrodora
How to Brew
Use one teaspoon, approximately 1.5g, per 250ml cup.
Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C over the leaves and allow to infuse for 6–8 minutes. For a fuller flavour, brew for the complete eight minutes.
Strain and enjoy without milk. Add honey, sugar or lemon according to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.
