How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Lemongrass has a strong aroma, so begin with a small amount and adjust as required.

For massage or body blends:
Dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Lemongrass Essential Oil can be irritating at higher concentrations, so use only a low dilution and perform a patch test before wider application.

For a personalised aroma:
Blend with Lemon, Bergamot, Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood or Frankincense essential oils.

For the bath:
Essential oils do not disperse safely in water by themselves. Mix with a suitable bath-dispersing base before adding to bathwater. Do not add undiluted drops directly to the bath.
