Botanical name: Mentha piperita
How to Brew
Use one heaped teaspoon, approximately 1.5g, per 250ml cup.
Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C over the leaves and allow to infuse for 6–8 minutes. A longer infusion will create a stronger peppermint flavour.
Strain and enjoy without milk.
For a chilled infusion, prepare at double strength, allow it to cool and pour over ice.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.
