How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Peppermint has a strong aroma, so begin with a small amount and adjust as required.

For massage or body blends:
Dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Use at a low concentration and perform a patch test before wider application.

For a personalised aroma:
Blend with Lemon, Lavender, Bergamot, Frankincense, Eucalyptus, Rosemary or Cedarwood essential oils.
