How to Use

In a diffuser:
Add a few drops to your diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Rosemary has a strong herbal aroma, so begin with a small amount and adjust as required.

For massage or body blends:
Dilute thoroughly in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Never apply essential oils undiluted.

For hair and scalp blends:
Add a small, accurately measured amount to a suitable carrier oil before use. Do not add undiluted Rosemary Essential Oil directly to the scalp, shampoo or conditioner.

For a personalised aroma:
Blend with Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender, Bergamot, Frankincense or Cedarwood essential oils.

For the bath:
Mix with a suitable bath-dispersing base before adding to bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.
