100% naturally dried spearmint leaves.
Botanical name: Mentha spicata
How to Brew
Use approximately one heaped teaspoon per 250ml cup.
Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C over the leaves and allow to infuse for 6–8 minutes. A longer infusion will produce a fuller mint flavour.
Strain and enjoy without milk.
For a chilled infusion, brew slightly stronger, allow it to cool and serve over ice.
